The CEI Course | KAH Non-MDW | Certificate of Employment Intermediaries for key appointment holders covers key legislation such as the Employment Act, Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (EFMA), and Companies Act.
Before beginning this course, it’s essential to have the following:
A certificate of attendance will be issued after the last day of the course.
Participants can choose to take the test without attending the course. If they fail on their first attempt, they must complete the course before retaking the test.
They only need to attend the course once, no matter how many times they need to retake the test.
Participants must achieve a minimum of 75% attendance to receive the Certificate of Attendance.
Registering for the course at Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd does not fulfill MOM registration requirements. Clients must complete their own registration with MOM via the OBLS website.
With the revised Employment Agency Regulatory Framework, key appointment holders of employment agencies must attend and pass the certification.
Existing key appointment holders have one year to obtain certification, while new key appointment holders must do so before registering with the Ministry of Manpower.
UTAP funding is available.
