The CEI (KAH) | Certificate of Employment Intermediaries for key appointment holders covers key legislation such as the Employment Act, Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (EFMA), and Companies Act.
Before beginning this course, it’s essential to have the following:
A certificate of attendance will be issued after the last day of the course.
Participants can take the test without attending the course. If they fail the first attempt, they must complete the course before retaking the test.
They only need to attend the course once, regardless of how many times they retake the test.
To receive the Certificate of Attendance, participants must achieve at least 75% attendance.
Registering for the course at Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd does not count as MOM registration. Clients must complete their own registration with MOM via the OBLS website.
Under the revised Employment Agency Regulatory Framework, key appointment holders of employment agencies must attend and pass the certification.
Existing key appointment holders have one year to obtain certification, while new key appointment holders must obtain it before registering with the Ministry of Manpower.
UTAP funding is available.
