The CEI Upgrade Basic to KAH | Certificate of Employment Intermediaries is specifically designed to help participants enhance their expertise. By progressing from the Basic level to KAH, participants can further develop their skills and knowledge, ultimately advancing their careers in the employment intermediary field.
Before beginning this course, it’s essential to have the following:
Upon completion of the course, a certificate of attendance will be issued. Moreover, participants can expect to receive this certificate promptly after the last day of the course, ensuring they have official recognition of their participation.
Participants can choose to take the test without attending the course. However, if they fail on their first attempt, they must complete the course before retaking the test.
Additionally, they only need to attend the course once, no matter how many times they retake the test.
In order to receive the Certificate of Attendance, participants must achieve a minimum of 75% attendance.
Furthermore, registering for the course at Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd does not fulfill MOM registration requirements. Therefore, clients must complete their own registration with MOM via the OBLS website.
Finally, under the revised Employment Agency Regulatory Framework, key appointment holders of employment agencies are required to attend and pass the certification. Specifically, existing key appointment holders must obtain the certification within one year, while new key appointment holders must do so before registering with the Ministry of Manpower.
