To Take the CEI Test, Register directly with NTUC Learning Hub Pte Ltd NTUC members enjoy 50% unfunded* course fee support for up to $250 each year when they sign up for courses supported under UTAP. NTUC members aged 40 and above will get increased funding support from $250 to $500. The CEI (Basic) | Certificate of Employment Intermediaries aims to equip employment agency (EA) personnel with knowledge of employment laws and regulations. This ensures that EA personnel understand their obligations under the law and can advise their clients of their rights and responsibilities.
Before beginning this course, it’s essential to have the following:
A certificate of attendance will be issued after the last day of the course.
Participants can opt to take the CEI test without attending the course. If they fail the first attempt, they must complete the course before retaking the test.
Attending the CEI course is only required once, regardless of how many times they retake the test.
To receive the Certificate of Attendance, a minimum attendance of 75% is necessary.
Registering for the CEI course at Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd does not count as registration with MOM. Clients must register themselves with MOM through the OBLS website.
With the revised Employment Agency Regulatory Framework, employment agency staff must complete and pass the certification.
