The CEI Course Basic | Non-MDW | Certificate of Employment Intermediaries aims to equip employment agency (EA) personnel with knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Before beginning this course, it’s essential to have the following:
A certificate of attendance will be issued after the last day of the course.
Participants can choose to take the test without attending the course, offering flexibility for their schedule. If they fail the first attempt, they must complete the course before retaking the test.
Attending the course is only required once, regardless of how many times the test is retaken, ensuring participants have a streamlined process.
A minimum of 75% attendance is necessary to receive the Certificate of Attendance, emphasizing the importance of full participation.
Registering for the CEI course at Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd does not count as MOM registration. Clients must complete their registration with MOM through the OBLS website to fulfill legal requirements.
With the revised Employment Agency Regulatory Framework, employment agency staff are required to attend and pass the certification, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
UTAP funding is available for eligible participants, helping to offset costs and encourage professional development.
