The CEI (Basic) Without EFMA | Certificate of Employment Intermediaries aims to equip employment agency (EA) personnel with knowledge of employment laws and regulations. This ensures that EA personnel understand their obligations under the law and can advise their clients of their rights and responsibilities.
Before beginning this course, it’s essential to have the following:
A certificate of attendance will be issued after the last day of the course.
Participants can take the test without attending the course first. If they fail the initial attempt, they must complete the course before retaking the test.
The course only needs to be attended once, regardless of how many times the test is retaken.
To receive the Certificate of Attendance, participants must meet a minimum attendance requirement of 75%.
Registering for the course at Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd does not count as registration with MOM. Clients are responsible for completing their own registration with MOM via the OBLS website.
Under the revised Employment Agency Regulatory Framework, staff of employment agencies must attend and pass the certification. Only those working at EAs with a Comprehensive Licence and performing EA-related tasks need to be certified.
