The CEI (Basic) | Certificate of Employment Intermediaries aims to equip employment agency (EA) personnel with knowledge of employment laws and regulations. This ensures that EA personnel understand their obligations under the law and can advise their clients of their rights and responsibilities.
Before beginning this course, it’s essential to have the following:
A certificate of attendance will be issued after the last day of the course.
Participants can choose to take the test without attending the course first. If they fail on their first attempt, they must complete the course before retaking the test.
Participants only need to attend the course once, no matter how many times they need to retake the test.
A minimum of 75% attendance is required to qualify for the Certificate of Attendance.
Registering for the course at Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd does not count as MOM registration. Clients must complete their own registration with MOM via the OBLS website.
With the revised Employment Agency Regulatory Framework, employment agency staff are required to complete the course and pass the certification.
UTAP funding is available.
