Course Overview

The CEI Course Basic Non-MDW | Certificate of Employment Intermediaries aims to equip employment agency (EA) personnel with knowledge of employment laws and regulations. This ensures that EA personnel understand their obligations under the law and can advise their clients of their rights and responsibilities.

Prerequisites:

Before beginning this course, it’s essential to have the following:

  • Only staff of EAs who hold a Comprehensive License and who do related work need to be certified
  • The course is open to public registration.

Certifications Granted:

A certificate of attendance will be issued after the last day of the course.

Additional Details:

Participants can opt to take the test without first attending the course. If they fail the test, they must complete the CEI course before retaking it.

Participants need to attend the course only once, no matter how many times they need to retake the test.

To receive the Certificate of Attendance, participants must meet the minimum 75% attendance requirement.

Registering for the CEI course at Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd does not equate to MOM registration. Clients must complete their MOM registration via the OBLS website.

With the revised Employment Agency Regulatory Framework, employment agency staff are required to attend and pass the Certificate for Employment Intermediaries (CEI).

UTAP funding is available.
