The course aims to train new cleaners / existing cleaners in applying basic hard floor and carpet surface maintenance in the environmental services industry.
Learner’s profile:
Applicants should preferably:
be above 18 years of age
Able to speak, listen, and read English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL) 2
Secondary or lower education
Minimum 3 months of relevant work experience.

100% Attendance is required. Assessment Format & Duration – Practical Performance –75 mins, Oral Questioning: 15 mins for each participant. Passing criteria: Practical and Oral assessment – 100%
